Assemble your bulk storage boxes to suit your needs! Quite simple, with our modular LÜRA system consisting of three basic elements: a centre wall, a rear wall, and a partition wall. Specific in form and function, each movable element fulfils particular tasks. During assembly, the walls interlock to create a stable and secure unit.
Flexible box configuration
Straight on both sides, it forms a central axis when boxes are set up on both sides using partition walls.
A load-bearing support all around
Straight on one side, it runs straight on the inside towards the box, slanted on the outside. It is often used as a side or rear wall when erecting boxes or halls. It has a straight contact surface inside the box.
Optimum distribution of loads and forces Slanted on both sides, it enables flexible box configuration, bulk material separation, and optimum load and force distribution between the fill material in the steel wall and the adjacent bulk.
With impact protection and a better overview
All three basic elements are also available as sloping front ends for easier access to the boxes. They provide a better view into the boxes and offer additional impact protection with their reinforced front design.

LÜRA retaining walls are engineered for easy on-site filling and provide exceptional safety and stability! Each wall element is securely connected using tongue-and-groove joints and interlocks. For projects demanding extra strength, we can tailor our walls to withstand exceptionally high loads by incorporating a broad base, outrigger plates, and anti-slip protection. Certified proof of structural stability, tilt resistance, and sliding safety can be provided for each project.
At 90° corners, the walls can be braced or welded together to enhance stability.
Slim partition walls despite heavy loads? Never mind, we can fix our walls to the ground in a variety of ways. Being thin does not affect their typical properties: LÜRA walls can also absorb and transfer high loads, e.g. from bulk goods, impacts or roofs.
In Europe, our walls are rated EI 90/EI 240 (EN 13501-2) and, more commonly in Germany, F90A/F240 (DIN 4102-2), making them suitable for these fire safety classes and behaviours within approved building authority areas.

Directly attached to the bulk material wall with tubular steel supports, they hold lightweight, wind-blown materials such as paper, EBS, and other fragments, similar to wind stoppers. Available in flame-retardant versions compliant with EN 13501-1 (B1/B2), as well as windbreak nets, stop nets, tarpaulins, and safety nets.
Prevents water or unwanted objects from entering the walls and is ideal for specific jobs, e.g., when filling the walls with water.
True eye pleasers: LÜRA movable walls can be vegetated to brighten the outside view of your facilities while meeting green building regulations.
We need three main values: the density of the stored material, the internal friction angle and the angle of repose. Please let us know if your material differs from standard values so we can adjust the structural design accordingly.

The ground should be level enough to allow LÜRA walls to sit tightly together, i.e. without gaps.
Think of it like preparing a subfloor for screed or floor tiles: smooth and even is best.
Rule of thumb: The more even the substructure, the better the result!
Our walls are designed to retain the bulk materials specified when planning. Normal forces caused by the equipment used, such as when loading or unloading material, are not a problem, as they are typically lower than the pressure exerted by the stored bulk material.
