We first filed a patent for our exclusive LÜRA movable steel walls in 1996, and we’ve been continuously improving the system ever since.

We know steel inside out! We use the latest technologies to achieve maximum precision in our production processes. Our equipment includes the ‘Cloos’ and ‘Fanuc’ welding robots, a plasma cutting system, various crane systems for handling operations and facilities for efficient sheet metal processing.
We manufacture movable steel walls in a wide range of sizes and specifications. Fully customised to your storage and hall requirements. This requires the utmost precision at all times, even in automated processes. That’s why, since 2021, our state-of-the-art Fanuc welding robot has been supporting our skilled production team.
Our Fanuc welding robot takes over the most complex and physically demanding tasks, speeding up production while improving efficiency. Its main job is to assemble and weld the stiffening elements that give each wall segment its structural stability.
It can handle parts up to 7 x 3.5 metres in size and weighing up to 100 kg.
Robots’ precision is based on advanced variable programming. The ‘matrix’ of each wall segment can be defined through precise input values, making it easy to produce multiple variants or custom component dimensions with minimal extra effort.
Sensors constantly monitor welding positions, ensuring consistent precision and high quality, all backed by the attention to detail of our LÜRA steel specialists.
